Back Alley Gators
Band members:
Mike Combs - vocals, guitar
Brad Divens - bass
Shannon Larkin - drums
Emerging from the gutters of Baltimore, Maryland, come the Back Alley Gators, with a fresh hard-hitting sound. High-engery and anarchic, their music could be best described as a combination of Rockabilly and Speed Metal with attitude! Up front and extravert, they are the perfect antidote to all things bland and mundane - just try and stay still when their music comes on!
Now based in L.A., the Back Alley Gators have to be one of the hardest-working touring bands in the U.S., having performed over 250 dates inthe last year alone! They have performed to thousands at huge festivals like the Sturgis Bike Rally and Daytona Bike week.
Their self-titled debut album which is scheduled for release .... on Wet Dog Records was recorded at Scream Studios, in Los Angeles. Featuring 15 tracks it kicks off with "Hell Bent For Hillbilly" and doesn't stop for breath until it closes with the wild and demonic, "Devil Train".
In December the band hit Europe big time. They make their U.K. debut when they play a showcase at London's Borderline on December 5th and the following day they fly out to Innsbruck, Austria to play in front of 5,000 at the opening party of the MTV Air & Style Snowboard Event. They then take off for a whirlwind Snowboard Tour, playing eight dates in Europe.
Throw away all your inhibitions and prepare for some full on crazy, 90 miles an hour, seriously good time rock n'roll!!
