how do you like the Air & Style contest?
It’s
great, really stunning! If you think what the organizer has set up without
any support, this is just rad! At the beginning it was a small event,
very familiar, and now the stadium is booked out, filled with 40,000 fans.
And the media presence and the recognation is superb! This event is so
important for the city Innsbruck. I’ve been at every Air & Style contest,
and every year it’s a huge thing! Congratulations to the organizer!
As you have seen the development from the very beginning on, do you miss that family feeling?
No,
it’s great just like it is. It’s for sure not the same as 10 years ago,
but it’s okay like this!
How
much time do you spend in Innsbruck?
Well,
not that much unfortunately since I live in Vienna. I’m a snowboarder
myself and I know many of today’s “heroes” from back in the days. So,
the Air & Style is always a great event to meet them again.
